Technology and services are constantly changing, and the human user is always at the center of it all. I design services around people. As a HCI researcher, I want to bridge the gap between user needs and services.
I am particularly interested in how people understand, trust, and collaborate with intelligent systems in everyday and work related contexts.
With a background in psychology, industrial engineering, and HCI, I study how people interact with emerging technologies. My work combines qualitative and quantitative UX methods to understand user behavior, cognition, and experience.
I am especially interested in Human-robot interaction (HRI), AI service design, Automotive UI, and User Experience Design (UXD) that support diverse users.
